This enhancement allows you to automatically enrich sales contact records by writing AI-generated content to custom fields or adding notes, using standard or custom prompts.

How do I enable this?

The Enrich step for sales contact-based automations is automatically available to customers with Bullhorn Amplify Edition.

To use it, simply add the Enrich step to any standard or center-on-date field contact-based automation, choose your preferred prompt, and configure your enrichment settings.
